We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hillview Extended Stay and it provided a great experience, leaving me with nothing but positive things to say about my visit. From the moment I called to inquire. Loretta made me feel welcomed with her exceptional service. I also have to point out Sean, he also was super helpful. Very nice to come across people especially those who do not act like a computer or a robot clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them, and they excel at making guests feel at welcomed.
Best rooms ever. Super great value...recently remodeled...new beds...very hot water and high shower heads. Responsive management...by the week this is the best value for lodging that i have seen in 20 years! Kitchenettes have full size double sinks...large frig and freezer...induction cook tops...room comes with all the pans and silverware and utensils. Even has measuring cups and measuring spoons and knives. Not far off the highway...but it was quiet amd peaceful. Comes with microwave but has no coffee pot or toaster but hands down the best value by far than anything else around. Only drawback is it's 21 miles from Pocarello or we would still be there. Range hood and fan...even has a slayer on the kitchen sink.
This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was huge and in absolutely immaculate shape. SHAWN AND Loretta were very kind accommodating, and after staying a few days Jennifer put the nice little neat touch by keeping my room immaculate everyday. Not to mention pretty girl, their awesome pup who greeted me with a friendly hello every night after work.... I would not only say I'll be back but I look forward to returning. Thank you Shawn, Loretta, Jennifer, and Pretty Girl.
We've only been here a week and we can honestly say it's been amazing!! Both of us and our kids love it! Loretta is so comforting to talk to and has been so accommodating! It truly is a hole away from home. Also, the housekeeper, Jenny, I've never seen a motel/hotel so clean. Felt brand new.
The extended stay was convenient to a week long function in America falls. The rooms were clean with a small kitchen area, stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink. I missed a coffee pot or a place to sit while eating . The was no towel racks but I'm thinking the owners are still working on some small finishing touches. We actually stayed almost 2 weeks .
Little bit high-priced but having the size of the rooms you do makes it well worth it two rooms with one of them that is a living room and you also get a bedroom and TV and nice bathroom and even a small kitchen I love it managers are very very nice and friendly and everybody that lives here is very very nice clean rooms friendly service makes it well worth it I love staying here
We've had the pleasure of staying here several times during our remodel. Rooms were alway nice & clean. Beds real comfy. And the service was way AWESOME!! Sean & Loretta have always been so wonderful hosts!
I really enjoyed my stay here. Shaun and Loretta were very accommodating and friendly, they made me feel like a long lost friend. You don’t get this kind of service anymore. The rooms were very clean and looked like they had been freshly renovated. I will definitely be back and make sure to let family and friends know about this place. Thank you Shaun and Loretta!
